What do I do if my phone and laptop go missing?

Your funds on Optimus are secure but if your phone or laptop goes missing, please take the following actions immediately  

  • Log in to your account through our website  

  • Click security   

  • Click password settings to reset your password.  

Other steps to take to ensure that your account has not been tampered with include  

  • Check your transaction history   

  • If there is a breach, notify us immediately by sending an email to support@optimus.ng if your account has been tampered with.
